Doug oversees our Middle School, High School, College and Young Adult Ministries. He has been working with students for over 15 years, as a coach and as a youth pastor. He has served in ministry at two large churches for over ten years. Just prior to coming to VMC, Doug spent two years working for the Barna Group - a Christian research company.

Doug and his wife, Joann, have six wonderful children, and love to spend time at the beach, at their kids' baseball and soccer games and at home with friends.
